Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site.
- Ensure all MEP work is executed in strict accordance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project managers to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure all team members strictly adhere to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to identify and rectify potential issues.
- Manage the progress of MEP works against the master schedule and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure optimal functionality before handover.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in construction or property development projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP technical drawings, schematics, and relevant Indonesian building standards (SNI).
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and design adjustments.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage diverse teams on-site.
- Strong commitment to project deadlines and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical site issues.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Raya and travel as required by project needs.
