Tanggung Jawab
- Design and coordinate MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing networks
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and BIM models for construction implementation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical conflicts
- Review vendor submittals and equipment specifications for technical compliance
- Prepare cost estimates and assist in tender documentation preparation
- Maintain project documentation and coordinate commissioning activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of MEP engineering experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar BIM software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Uniform Building Bylaws (UBBL) and Fire Code
- Certification in MEP design or project management is advantageous
- Experience with healthcare, commercial, or high-rise building projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
