Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and projects
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation
- Manage inventory of spare parts and materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2 years of MEP systems maintenance experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jambi
