Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) in high-rise buildings
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on critical infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades and retrofits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during construction and renovation projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' MEP experience in high-rise buildings
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing networks
- Relevant trade certifications (e.g., electrician, HVAC technician)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in elevated environments
