Join Cinepolis Indonesia's dynamic facilities team as an MEP Technician in Sidoarjo. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing networks
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in cinema equipment including ice machines and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize facility downtime during peak operations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and maintenance logs
- Source and order replacement parts while optimizing inventory management
- Implement energy-efficient practices across mechanical and electrical systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP maintenance or similar technical role
- Proficiency in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing diagnostics
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrician, HVAC technician, plumber)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with cinema-specific equipment (projectors, sound systems) preferred
- Valid electrical/mechanical safety certifications
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
