As an MEP Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. You will be expected to interpret complex technical drawings and ensure all systems are installed according to strict safety standards and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing systems on construction sites.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical or mechanical issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Manage on-site materials and tools, ensuring they are accounted for and used efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Technician in the construction or facilities management industry.
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including installation protocols and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid technical certification or license (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
