Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical malfunctions to ensure continuous facility operation.
- Execute repairs on electrical circuits, lighting systems, water supply, drainage, and HVAC equipment.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized servicing when necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to resolve critical building issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience as an MEP Technician or similar role in building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and specialized testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts or weekends if required for maintenance emergencies.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lombok.
