Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems including HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in lighting, power distribution, and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and gas lines
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns during operational hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of MEP technician experience in hospitality or food service industry
- Relevant technical certification (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Valid electrical and plumbing work permits
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance documentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
