Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and kitchen equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in restaurant environments
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized installations and upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns during business hours
- Train junior staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of MEP technician experience in hospitality or commercial facilities
- Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems (preferably certified)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs for restaurant equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
