Grandland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MEPF Officer to join our facilities management team in Cebu City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and continuous monitoring of our comprehensive preventive maintenance program. We are looking for a proactive professional to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems within our facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Your primary focus will be on inspecting, testing, and repairing critical building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. You will manage maintenance schedules, maintain accurate digital and physical logs, and collaborate with external vendors for specialized services. Ensuring full compliance with local safety regulations and company policies is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and manage the preventive maintenance schedule for Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues to prevent system failures.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical panels, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and work orders.
- Ensure all facility safety protocols and local regulations are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or replacements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or systems.
