Devex is currently looking for a highly skilled and dedicated MEPFS Engineer to join our engineering team in Metro Manila. We are committed to delivering excellence in construction projects, and we need a professional who specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety (MEPFS) systems. In this full-time position, you will utilize your expertise in high-rise building projects to ensure that our designs are not only efficient but also compliant with the highest industry standards. If you are proficient in AutoCAD and possess a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for translating complex architectural concepts into precise engineering solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting accurate cost estimates, preparing technical drawings, and managing project documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed MEPFS cost estimates and quantity surveys for high-rise structures.
- Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and drafting standards.
- Review and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and architects to resolve design issues.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet local building codes and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain project schedules and reports using MS Word and Excel.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working on high-rise building projects.
- Strong command of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and design.
- Expertise in MEPFS estimation, costing, and system sizing.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and general office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
