- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with Surya Bumi Retailindo's business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end buying process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market conditions to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Manage inventory planning and stock control to minimize markdowns and waste while ensuring high availability.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to drive product visibility and promotional success.
- Lead and mentor the merchandising team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging fashion trends to keep the brand competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or product management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail operations.
