Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced, labeled, and displayed according to store guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management promptly.
- Assist in the unloading, checking, and stocking of incoming shipments.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer appeal.
- Perform regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers on the sales floor.
- Execute seasonal planograms and promotional displays efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to stocking.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic numeracy skills for inventory tracking and pricing tasks.
