Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or industrial engineering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent project management abilities with experience in implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles
- Proficient in using merchandising software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications
