- Travel to assigned retail stores to set up, maintain, and refresh product displays according to company standards
- Monitor and report on product stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory at all times
- Execute merchandising plans and promotional campaigns in retail locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff
- Conduct regular audits of product placement and availability
- Implement visual merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to the marketing team
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and promotional materials are properly displayed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a reliable mode of transportation
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds when necessary
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
