Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Analyze sales performance data and inventory metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust product allocation and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the store operations team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory health, sell-through rates, and overall business performance.
- Optimize product distribution across different locations to maximize regional demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, inventory control, or retail management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and retail mathematics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
