Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Regularly visit retail outlets to ensure displays are maintained, organized, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with store managers to align visual strategies with local market needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional events and seasonal displays.
- Ensure all branding materials and signage are in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Train and guide store staff on best practices for merchandising.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising.
- Strong creative skills with a proven ability to create attractive product displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations within the region as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
