In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality manufacturing output and the retail floor, ensuring that our products are presented in a way that maximizes visibility, enhances customer engagement, and drives sales growth.
As our Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining brand integrity across retail outlets. You will work closely with store management, analyze inventory levels, and implement strategic visual merchandising plans that reflect our brand identity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective visual merchandising displays to boost product appeal and sales performance.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all assigned retail locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability on the shelf.
- Conduct regular store audits to track competitor activity and consumer buying trends.
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports for management review.
- Train retail staff on product features and optimal display techniques.
- Ensure planograms are implemented accurately and updated based on seasonal promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail math.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with store partners.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Semarang and Central Java region.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
