As a Merchandiser, you play a critical role in driving sales performance through visual excellence. You will be responsible for executing high-impact in-store promotions and maintaining brand visibility across various retail outlets. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, possesses great communication skills, and enjoys working in the field rather than behind a desk.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the installation of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for Mizone across assigned retail outlets.
- Ensure high-visibility placement of branding materials including Shop Blinds, posters, and chiller stickers.
- Conduct routine store visits to monitor stock availability and shelf presence.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store owners and managers to ensure optimal display space.
- Report daily field activities, including photos of installed materials, through company reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities for secondary displays to increase product sell-out.
- Maintain and organize product displays according to brand planogram standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promotion, or in retail field operations is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual brand guidelines.
- Possess a valid driverâs license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Willing to work in the field and travel extensively within the Depok area.
- Energetic, communicative, and target-oriented personality.
- Able to operate basic mobile applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
