Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product plans to ensure optimal stock availability across all channels.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify top-sellers, slow-movers, and inventory gaps.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage purchase orders and maintain healthy supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide data-backed recommendations for range selection.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize overstock and maximize sell-through rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate stock for promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reviews for senior management.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including markdown strategies and end-of-season clearances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, or category management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and retail management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management and internal collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in forecasting and stock management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the retail industry.
- Knowledge or interest in tennis equipment and sports apparel is a significant advantage.
