Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for retail excellence? Impact Power Mandiri is currently seeking a proactive and energetic Merchandiser to join our team in Bandar Lampung. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining store standards, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring that our customers always find what they need, exactly when they need it.
As a Merchandiser, you are the face of our brand on the retail floor. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, executing effective product displays, and upholding the integrity of our inventory through diligent monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with store personnel.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor Stock on Hand (SOH) and provide accurate replenishment orders to ensure product availability.
- Execute product merchandising plans and install Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to maximize brand visibility.
- Prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations through proactive inventory management and monitoring.
- Maintain strictly enforced FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols to ensure product freshness.
- Conduct regular shelf audits and expired product checks to meet quality control standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Submit daily reports regarding sales, inventory levels, and competitor activity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promotion, or in retail operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail inventory management and display techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing/moving for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
