Are you a proactive, hands-on professional looking for a dynamic field role in Bali? Topindo Atlas Asia, the distributor of TOP 1 high-performance lubricants, is seeking a motivated Merchandiser (Temporary) to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our presence is visible, professional, and impactful across various automotive workshops throughout the Bali region.
As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in executing our visual branding strategy on the ground. This is a highly active, field-based position perfect for those who enjoy autonomy, travel, and getting things done. You will not only be responsible for negotiating placement opportunities but also for the physical installation of promotional materials that drive brand recognition. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach automotive workshops for TOP 1 banner and promotional material placement.
- Manage the physical installation of indoor and outdoor branding materials (banners, signages, stickers) to ensure high visibility.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with workshop owners and staff.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the condition and placement of existing promotional assets.
- Ensure all installations comply with company safety and quality standards.
- Report daily field activities, installation progress, and inventory usage to the area supervisor.
- Identify potential new sales leads or networking opportunities within the territory.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in merchandising, field sales, or direct promotion is a plus.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor, field-based environment.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, specifically in local context.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Deep knowledge of the Bali area and its automotive workshop landscape.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the temporary contract.
