Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the merchandising activities for beauty and personal care product lines across key retail partners and supermarkets.
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and accurate inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to recommend product assortment and promotional strategies.
- Maintain professional relationships with retail buyers, store managers, and key account managers.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new sourcing or product opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and stock availability for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, purchasing, or sales within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships with suppliers and retailers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel to various retail locations and client sites as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
