Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily branding installations across 30 retail outlets
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and installation standards
- Perform mandatory morning and evening attendance checks at distributor locations
- Monitor and report on installation progress and material inventory
- Ensure optimal brand visibility through timely and accurate placements
- Collaborate with store managers to resolve installation issues
- Document daily activities and submit comprehensive progress reports
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners and distributors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of merchandising or field marketing experience preferred
- Ability to meet daily performance targets (30 outlets/day)
- Punctual attendance for dual-shift schedule (morning & evening)
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle installation materials
- Reliable transportation for daily field visits
