Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily branding installations at 30 retail outlets per day
- Conduct morning and afternoon attendance checks at distributor locations (mandatory)
- Ensure all visual merchandising complies with brand standards and company policies
- Monitor and report on installation progress and material inventory
- Maintain positive relationships with store management and distributor teams
- Document installation activities and provide daily progress reports
- Handle basic troubleshooting for installation materials and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in merchandising or visual display roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and precision in execution
- Physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to strict attendance schedules
- Basic understanding of retail environments and brand positioning
