Are you a dynamic professional with an eye for detail and a passion for retail excellence? Impact Power Mandiri is currently seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser Branding to join our team in Malang. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our products stand out in the General Trade (GT) market through effective branding installations, strategic outlet program execution, and rigorous performance reporting.
As a key member of our field team, you will bridge the gap between our distribution strategy and the end consumer. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to achieving daily targets while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end branding installations across designated retail outlets to ensure brand visibility.
- Promote and implement company programs and marketing initiatives to increase outlet participation.
- Perform daily attendance and check-in procedures at distribution points as per company standards.
- Generate accurate and timely performance reports via our internal mobile application.
- Maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff to ensure optimal product placement.
- Monitor competitor activities in the field and report findings to the management team.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with retail partners.
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications for daily reporting and administrative tasks.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a reliable vehicle for field mobility.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area in Malang and surrounding regions.
