Join Impact Power Mandiri as a Merchandiser Branding for our tobacco products and become an integral part of our retail distribution network. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for creating brand visibility and presence at retail outlets across Lampung. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual merchandising and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our products are displayed according to brand standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install branding materials at 30 retail outlets daily according to company standards
- Conduct morning and evening attendance at distributor locations as required
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of tobacco products at retail points
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure compliance with all tobacco product display regulations
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales role
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets daily
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic knowledge of tobacco products and industry regulations
- Physical ability to travel between retail locations
