Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion various cuts of meat according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Merchandise meat products to ensure optimal visibility, freshness, and sales appeal
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Operate meat processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department sales targets
- Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and rotation of all meat products
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter (2+ years preferred)
- Deep knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards
