Tanggung Jawab
- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat products according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with meat selections and offering product knowledge
- Ensure meat department meets health and safety regulations through proper sanitation practices
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and rotating products to minimize waste
- Display and arrange meat products attractively to maximize sales and visual appeal
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter with knowledge of various meat cuts
- Ability to safely operate meat cutting tools and equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in meat cutting preferred
