PT Dustin Mode Eternity is currently seeking a motivated Merchandiser & Customer Service Support to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our products are showcased effectively while providing a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will combine a creative eye for visual merchandising with the interpersonal skills required to resolve inquiries and build long-term customer relationships. You will play a vital role in driving store performance by maintaining high standards of display and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain attractive visual displays to optimize product appeal and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Execute seasonal planograms and store layout updates in line with company branding guidelines.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to management to improve service quality.
- Conduct regular audits of merchandise to ensure accurate pricing and product labeling.
- Assist in managing order processing and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Business or Marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service roles.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Residency in Bandung or willingness to relocate.
