In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our clients, sales teams, and manufacturing units, ensuring that every garment order is executed with precision, quality, and timely delivery.
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and possesses excellent communication skills to coordinate with factory partners. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of production orders, monitoring progress, and mitigating any bottlenecks that may affect our production timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end production order cycle from initial confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate closely with internal production teams and external factory partners to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor production schedules to guarantee that all orders are completed within the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company and client standards.
- Resolve production issues and bottlenecks proactively to minimize delays.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding order status and shipping timelines.
- Manage technical specifications, fabric swatches, and garment samples throughout the development phase.
- Prepare production reports and update management on order progress and potential risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in a garment or textile manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of the garment production process, including sewing, cutting, and finishing stages.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex scheduling and quality problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and garment production management software.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
