Are you a seasoned Garment Merchandiser with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for production excellence? PT Tronindo Anugrah Jaya is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Bandung Barat. As a key player in our production cycle, you will act as the bridge between design, production, and quality control, ensuring that our garments meet the highest standards of our global clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end merchandising operations, from initial product development to final bulk shipment. You will leverage your technical knowledge of garment construction, embroidery processes, and accessory detailing to optimize production timelines and maintain cost-efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process from order receipt to final delivery.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor the progress of embroidery, printing, and garment assembly.
- Manage technical specifications and ensure all accessory details meet client quality requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and accessories.
- Analyze production costs and suggest improvements to optimize budget utilization without compromising quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on production status and addressing technical inquiries.
- Conduct regular site visits to the production floor to identify and resolve bottlenecks in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Merchandiser specifically within the Garment Industry.
- Strong technical expertise in garment construction, including complex processes such as embroidery and printing.
- In-depth knowledge of various garment accessories and their application methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
