As a Merchandiser, you will act as the face of our brand in retail outlets. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining product availability, optimizing shelf positioning, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all Cimory products are well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed in retail outlets.
- Actively engage with customers to explain product benefits and encourage sales.
- Implement planograms and merchandising strategies to maximize shelf impact.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits of product condition, freshness, and pricing accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, market feedback, and competitor movements.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a passion for sales and direct customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work on a part-time basis in various locations within Lombok.
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is considered a plus.
