Join Central Cipta Murdaya as our Merchandiser Manager and lead the strategic merchandising operations for our dynamic retail footwear and sports apparel division. This pivotal role requires a data-driven leader to optimize product assortments, maximize sales performance, and enhance customer experiences across our retail channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling merchandising strategies that align with market trends and consumer demands. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in retail merchandising cycles, inventory management, and promotional planning to drive profitability and market growth in Indonesia's competitive retail landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies for footwear and sports apparel product lines
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments
- Manage inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment to maximize stock availability
- Collaborate with buying teams to negotiate vendor partnerships and secure favorable terms
- Design and implement in-store visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation
- Monitor promotional campaigns and promotional effectiveness across retail channels
- Lead and mentor merchandising team members to achieve performance targets
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising with footwear/sports apparel focus
- Proven track record in managing product assortments and inventory optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SAP)
- Expertise in visual merchandising principles and retail space planning
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Leadership experience with demonstrated team management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
