Tiga Mutiara Sakti is currently seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Merchandiser & Marketing Promotion professional to join our team in Pare-Pare. As our Merchandiser & Marketing Promotion lead, you will be the face of our brand in retail outlets. You will ensure our products are perfectly displayed, manage promotional campaigns on the ground, and maintain strong relationships with store management. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable working in the field and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure optimal product availability and shelf visibility according to company planograms.
- Execute and supervise marketing promotional activities at designated retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/distribution to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and outlet staff.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports regarding sales performance and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure all point-of-sale materials (POSM) are displayed correctly and kept in good condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willing to work full-time in the field (mobile position).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or field sales is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the Pare-Pare area and retail landscapes.
