As a Merchandiser, you will be the eyes and ears of our brand on the ground. You will collaborate closely with store teams to ensure optimal product placement, inventory management, and promotional execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all products are displayed according to company guidelines and planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Implement and maintain promotional displays and signage effectively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Regularly audit store shelves to ensure price tags and product information are accurate.
- Provide detailed reports on competitor activities, shelf presence, and sales trends.
- Execute seasonal merchandising transitions and stock rotations promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple locations.
- Proficient in using mobile reporting tools or Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in the Pontianak area.
