Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and deboning of various meat products according to established specifications.
- Ensure meat display cases are organized, attractively merchandised, and fully stocked to drive sales.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols in the workplace at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock effectively to minimize wastage and ensure product freshness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering cooking tips or product recommendations.
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment such as slicers, grinders, and band saws safely.
- Assist in preparing specialized meat cuts or marinated products as requested by customers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Butcher, Meat Cutter, or in a similar meat merchandising role.
- Strong knowledge of meat anatomy, various cuts, and proper handling/storage techniques.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy meat products regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., HACCP awareness).
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Basic math skills for inventory monitoring and measuring weights.
