- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product display and shelf organization
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards
- Manage promotional materials and seasonal display implementations
- Prepare detailed reports on merchandising performance and store conditions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align retail initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in retail merchandising or consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently within Semarang and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Detail-oriented with strong visual merchandising sense
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
