In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the ground, ensuring that our high-quality ceramic products are showcased effectively in partner stores.
You will play a vital role in executing our visual merchandising strategy, managing inventory placement, and building strong professional relationships with store personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain product displays across assigned partner stores to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Execute periodic stock replenishment and ensure products are properly shelved and organized.
- Implement effective Planogram strategies to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and floor staff to secure optimal display space.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, store conditions, and sales performance for management.
- Address and resolve any visual merchandising issues or stock discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promotion, or in the Retail/Consumer Goods industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage professional relationships effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks related to product displays.
- Knowledge of ceramic or building material products is an added advantage.
- Willing to be mobile and travel across various retail locations in Bandung and surrounding areas.
