Woneel Midas Leathers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our supply chain and retail strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality leather products meet market demands while maintaining optimal inventory levels. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between our production capabilities and the retail environment.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that our merchandise is available at the right time and place. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily sales performance and inventory turnover rates.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising and display standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest product improvements.
- Manage stock allocation and distribution across different retail channels.
- Prepare and present sales reports and merchandise forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Industrial Engineering is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or related fields (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with leather goods or the textile industry is an advantage.
