You will lead stock planning, optimize our product assortment, and drive retail profitability through strategic insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies that reflect current market trends and brand identity.
- Analyze sales performance data, inventory turnover, and profitability metrics to inform future buying decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end buying process, including vendor relations, negotiations, and product selection.
- Oversee stock planning and allocation to ensure optimal product availability across all retail touchpoints.
- Collaborate with store management to implement visual merchandising guidelines that drive customer engagement.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Optimize pricing and markdown strategies to maximize gross margin while maintaining brand integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, providing actionable insights into category performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, fashion buying, or inventory planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Deep understanding of the fashion industry, current consumer behavior, and lifestyle trends in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and target-driven environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Fashion Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required to facilitate smooth cross-departmental operations.
