Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all products are displayed according to company planograms and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain optimal stock levels at retail outlets to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor shelf health, product pricing, and promotional material placement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and outlet staff to secure prime display locations.
- Track and report on competitor activities and market trends within the assigned territory.
- Manage inventory replenishment orders and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promotion, or in a similar retail role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence retail partners.
- High attention to detail and ability to execute visual display plans with precision.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations in Surabaya.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
