PT Tata Asri Sekawan is currently seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in the vibrant area of Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will act as a key representative for FIMO Leoni Gelato, ensuring that our high-quality products are perfectly displayed, well-stocked, and ready to delight our customers.
As a Merchandiser, you are the face of our brand on the retail floor. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of product presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all FIMO Leoni Gelato products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock discrepancies to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all product display areas.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly placed.
- Provide feedback to the head office regarding product movement and customer preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education background of High School (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a retail environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing/moving for extended periods.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license and own a vehicle.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Ubud, Bali area.
- Highly disciplined with a strong focus on target achievement.
