- Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring optimal product placement and availability.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize margins and drive volume.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align strategies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, planning, or buying.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies and consumer behavior.
