In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our category success. You will be responsible for end-to-end category management, blending analytical rigor with market intuition to optimize product sourcing, pricing strategies, and supply chain efficiency. If you excel at negotiating with suppliers, analyzing sales trends, and curating product assortments that resonate with customers, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection and price negotiation to contract management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and historical sales data to optimize product assortment.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers and distributors.
- Conduct regular pricing analysis to ensure Mitra10 remains competitive in the market while maintaining margins.
- Collaborate with store operations and marketing teams to implement effective visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as GMV, inventory turnover, and margin performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or category management (experience in building materials/DIY is a plus).
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel or ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relations.
- Deep understanding of retail math, inventory management, and profit optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable merchandising strategies.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented corporate environment.
