Time International is currently seeking a highly analytical and proactive Merchandising Executive to join our team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels across all retail locations.
- Collaborate with the buying team to provide insights that optimize product assortment and stock allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly merchandising reports for management review.
- Monitor stock movement and proactively address slow-moving items through seasonal promotions or store transfers.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of best-sellers.
- Utilize retail management systems to track KPIs and maintain data integrity in inventory records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization).
- Deep understanding of retail math, inventory turnover, and gross margin analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
