- Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a nationwide team of field merchandisers to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, planograms, and product placement to maximize shelf impact.
- Analyze sales data and competitor activities to optimize visual merchandising tactics.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure cohesive promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular field audits and quality checks to maintain brand integrity.
- Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely execution of all merchandising activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in merchandising or FMCG retail management.
- Proven track record of managing field teams and nationwide operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, planograms, and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region as required by the position.
- Proficient in using merchandising software and MS Office applications.
