Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising and buying strategies tailored to assigned product categories.
- Create seasonal buying plans and open-to-buy (OTB) budgets to ensure optimal inventory levels and capital allocation.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and store operations, to drive category success.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities with vendors to maximize profitability.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to maintain a competitive market position.
- Manage product assortment architecture to ensure a balanced and appealing customer offering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or category management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and retail math.
- Proven ability to develop successful buying strategies and manage inventory budgets effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management software/ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer purchasing behaviors.
