Tanggung Jawab
- Lead tactical demand planning and selling forecast analysis to optimize inventory levels.
- Manage product gross profit to maximize return on investment and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute effective tactical promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Maintain accurate product data and ensure alignment with company merchandising standards.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) to facilitate effective communication.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or retail management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record of managing product gross profit and demand planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
