PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk, the premium retail force behind Ranch Market and Farmers Market, is looking for a dynamic and creative Merchandising RTE Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the rapidly growing Ready-To-Eat (RTE) sector, shaping how our customers experience fresh, convenient, and high-quality food options.
As an RTE Specialist, you will bridge the gap between culinary innovation and retail excellence. You will be responsible for designing and executing merchandising strategies that not only drive sales but also enhance the brand's reputation for freshness and quality. We are looking for an individual who understands consumer behavior in the F&B space and can translate those insights into captivating store displays and optimized product mixes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies for the Ready-To-Eat (RTE) category across all store formats.
- Design and execute visual display standards that maximize product appeal and encourage impulse purchases.
- Collaborate with the Culinary and R&D teams to plan seasonal menus and launch new RTE products.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce shrinkage/wastage.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure planogram compliance and maintain high standards of product presentation.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of food service and retail trends.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of ingredients and finished goods.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff regarding RTE handling, hygiene, and display techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or F&B operations, preferably with a focus on fresh food.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and consumer psychology in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/ISO) and quality control in the RTE sector.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Creative problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations across the Jakarta area.
